Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using taskExtract.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

taskExtract.com offers small task tools (some powered by AI) such as file conversions and data extraction. Results may not be perfect — use at your own discretion.

3. Accounts

Login is handled by Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions remove ads and unlock extra features. Payments are processed by Stripe — we do not store full payment details. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Advertising

Free users receive ads via Google AdSense. Pro users do not see ads as long as their subscription is active.

6. Analytics

We use a privacy-focused, cookie-less analytics system for internal use to understand how our service is used and to improve it. This system collects anonymized usage data and does not track personal information.

7. Data Submission to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for Advertising Measurement

We use Meta's Conversions API to send limited and anonymized information about purchases made on our website to measure the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram.

Data sent (from the server, without cookies):

• IP address and browser user-agent
• Purchase value and currency
• Order ID
• Event type (e.g., “Purchase”)
• Event time

No directly identifiable data such as email, phone, or name is sent.

Data Controller: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited
Legal Basis: Legitimate interest of the controller (measurement and optimization of advertising investment).
Legitimate Interest Assessment: Available upon request.
International Transfer: Data is processed in the United States with Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

You can object to this processing at any time by sending an email to 'info '@' ocigrup . com with the subject “Meta CAPI Objection” or via the link that appears at the bottom of the page. Once your objection is received, we will stop sending your events to Meta.

8. User conduct

Do not use the service for illegal activities. You are responsible for any data you upload or process using our tools.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is". Online Ocigrup SL is not liable for damages arising from use of the service, lost data, or third-party actions.

8. Changes

We may modify or discontinue the service at any time. We may also update these Terms — continued use indicates acceptance of changes.
